Vegetarian bread made of lentil. The lentil is soaked in water for 24 hours before the bread is made to free the phytates (they irritate the stomach lining and they prevent minerals from getting absorbed by the body). The bread is rich in plant protein. There are no animal products in this bread.

Content: 90% red lentils, water, unrefined sunflower oil, husk, sea salt
How to store it: In a dry, well-ventilated space, away from direct sunlight
