Content: sorghum, buckwheat, flax, tapioca, millet, coconut flour, chickpeas, apple flour, chia, gluten-free baking powder, sea salt, fenugreek.
How to make it:
To the mixture, add 20 ml apple vinegar, 40 ml oil of choice, 305 ml warm water.
Mix well with a fork and let it sit for 10 mins. With wet hands knead the bread dough.
Bake in the oven on parchment paper. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius, with a fan, for 60 mins. Once the bread is ready, let it cool down on a wire baking rack for 35 mins.
