Check out this video on how to make these gluten-free keto burger buns with our mixture.
How to make it:
Pour the mixture in a bowl. Mix it well and then add the wet ingredients as follows:
- 20 ml of vinegar
- 40 ml of oil by choice
- 400 ml of warm water
Mix well after you add every ingredient.
Wet your hands and knead the dough. For a fluffier burger, you can beat the dough on a suitable surface. Leave the dough to sit for 15 mins.
After that, make 5-6 small pieces out of the dough and make them into balls.
Put all the balls on parchment paper and put them in the oven. Bake for 60 mins in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, with a fan.
Once they are done, put them on a wire baking rack for at least 30 mins. Keep in mind the baking process proceeds until the goods cool down.
The final result is 6 burgers of 100gr each or 5 burgers of 120gr each.
